Pricing
How much does document scanning cost?
We charge per page, in Canadian dollars, and the rate goes down as your project grows. A typical 20-box project of standard letter and legal pages comes to about $6,200 to $7,100. A bankers box usually holds 2,200 to 2,500 pages.
Your exact rate is set in a written quote after a free assessment, and is confidential to your organization. Large-format plans and maps are quoted on request.

What moves the price
Nine things we look at before we quote.
We track the hours on every project and show you how the price was built. Nothing is hidden in a per-box average. See how every box is logged.
Compare it with what paper costs you now| Page count and size | Letter and legal are standard. Large-format plans and maps are quoted on request. |

What is your paper costing you?
Keeping paper isn’t free.
Rent for the space, boxes in off-site storage, and hours spent hunting for files add up every year. Scanning is paid once. Put in your own numbers to compare.
The example numbers are only a starting point. Change them to match your office. Estimates are not quotes.
For whoever owns the record
A box holds paper. A search holds answers.
The same page, two ways to own it. Here’s what changes when a paper original becomes a searchable file.
Finding it
Someone walks to the storage room, opens boxes and reads labels. It can take hours, or days.
Type a name, an address or a file number. It’s on your screen in seconds.
How many copies
One. If it’s misfiled, damaged or lost in a flood, it’s gone for good.
As many as you need, backed up wherever you choose. The original is still yours.
Space
Shelves, boxes, off-site storage and the rent that goes with them.
It fits on a USB key. The storage room becomes a room again.
Requests and audits
The clock starts while someone searches the boxes.
Answered from your desk, with time to spare.
“It has been phenomenal to find our files with several clicks, instead of going down ‘to the dungeon’ to search for hours/days for a single file.”
