Yes, We Scan! wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control or magnification.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by Ontario’s accessibility requirements for websites.

What we’ve done

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and buttons meet colour contrast guidelines, in light and dark mode.
• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.
• Forms have clear labels and tell you plainly what needs fixing.
• Pages resize cleanly up to 200% and work on phones.
• Animation is kept to a minimum and switches off if your device asks for reduced motion.
• The site is available in English and French.
